Clivi wines are produced in Friuli between the sunny slopes of Collio Goriziano and the Colli Orientali where 12 hectares of vineyards are planted with old vines that express two distinct DOC areas through wines whose difference is exclusively linked to the terroir. The low yields per hectare produced by the old vines give a natural concentration and complexity to the fruit that is transformed naturally with spontaneous fermentation, maintaining an elegance and aromatic integrity through careful management in steel tanks to produce 50,000 bottles.
