The Ronco dei Tassi winery was founded in 1989 in the heart of the Collio Goriziano area, in Cormòns, where Fabio Coser and his wife, Daniela, decided to buy a small farm of about 9 hectares. The characteristics of this area of ​​environmental protection, near the natural park of Plessiva, are a completely spontaneous and wild flora and fauna. Hence the name of the company Ronco dei Tassi, which derives respectively from several colonies of badgers, who when the grapes are ripe devour the sweetest bunches, and by the particular arrangement of the vineyards in well exposed terraces called “ronchi”.
