Since 1966, the year in which as first technician of the newly established Consortium for the protection of the Collio and Isonzo wines, supervising the oenological training of associated winemakers, Gaspare Buscemi dedicates his professionalism to the natural and artisanal oenology of the traditional viticulture culture. In 1973, as a craftsman oenologist, he began the first activity providing technical assistance and services in Italy offering the winemaker an opportunity to vinify, bottle and cut out a market of his own. From 1982 to 2015 the grapes of these winemakers have also been the base of our bottles. Since 2015 we have also been adding grapes produced on our small vineyard.
