The producer Fiegl is proposing a special dinner and tasting in which each wine of his production is paired with a fish dish, in collaboration with Moscardino Bistrot.

Under the portico of the agricultural society Colmello di Grotta, we will leave for a journey to discover the world of organic and agro-homoeopathic production. The wine tasting route in “steel only” and “amphora” versions will be the ideal opportunity to explain the technical reasons that have led the company to introduce the use of stoneware amphorae for the refinement of wines, the his philosophy and the reasons that led him to choose a path of conversion to organic production. To the wines in tasting, accompanied by salami and artisan cheeses, different types of frequencies will be applied, which will interact with the organoleptic characteristics of the wines, enhancing or modifying certain hints. On request it will be possible to take a walk in the vineyards of the property. In case of bad weather the meeting will be moved to the internal tasting room.

We will walk together in our vineyards and tell you about the many nuances that make La Rajade so unique. We will discover together how our daily relationship with the vineyard and the winery has led to the personality of our wine … because it is our “Being Terroir” which expresses our style! Ribolla Gialla, Friulano and Sauvignon are the grapes for excellence in cultivation on “our” hill and in each of these vineyards we will stop briefly and we will deepen the many nuances of our vineyards, satisfy your curiosity and enjoy directly of the final result of our daily commitment …. the wine! The winery, which represents the natural crucial point of our grapes for metamorphosis in wine, will be the last stage of our little journey where we will discover the winemaking process: that crucial moment through which the elements are transformed and makes us understand how much the experience of time, patience and pleasure of waiting are fundamental to perceive the heat of La Rajade. And what would be the best combination if not the white wine that spends more time in the cellar !? The Caprizi Collio Bianco Riserva will be the perfect reward for our little adventure! And yes, after all this walking we will be hungry too, a small snack of local food specialties will restore our energy!

Silvan, Marko and Nicola Primosic: three generations in comparison, who will tell the story of the Ribolla di Oslavia from the 60s till today. An ancient and ever-present wine, with which the village of Oslavia and the Primosic Winery have always been inseparable.
