Chardonnay
In the Collio, Chardonnay accounts for about 8% of the total production of the DOC appellation. Thanks to the ponca, it can take on the peculiar characteristics of the terroir starting from the delicate and characteristic aroma to the dry, full and harmonious palate that is able to express elegance and freshness. The characteristic freshness of the vine is often rounded off by the notes of wood that many producers use to enhance its characteristics.
