Malvasia
Native vine with a deep rooted Collio history. It accounts for about 3% of the total production and its characteristics allow the minerals present in the ponca for millennia to give the wine the typical Collio peculiarities. It is enough to just look at the intensity of the yellow shining in the glass to feel the pleasant characteristic of its aroma; tasting it, you immediately notice the roundness and harmony that this wine is able to transmit. The climatic characteristics of the Collio means that Malvasia always manages to be as profound and long as well as its history, as well as its link to this terroir.
