Sauvignon
Sauvignon, like Pinot Grigio, reaches the Collio from France in the mid-800s succeeding in time to embody the typical characteristics of the terroir combined with those of the vine, known all over the world and recognisable thanks to its character and expression. The different degrees of yellow reflected in the glass leaves room to the delicate, characteristic and harmonious flavours, which are expressed with balance and structure. Sauvignon accounts for about 20% of total production.
